Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
• Be free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that we currently do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange to help us process your request quickly.

Exchange Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. Replacement items are subject to product availability at the time of exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
